Why am I now always hungry?

Im recovering from anorexia also. Ive been working out and eating a lot. Im still trying to gain weight back. Ive been eating about 3000 calories a day because Im always STARVING and I don't know why either! Its like I cant help myself Im always looking for something to eat. I think maybe out metabolisms are just working harder since we are giving ourselves more food. My nutritionist says that its totally normal.

When our local mast goes didgital in a few weeks, will i need a special kind of ariel to use use the freeview + box i was given as a gift? or will the aerial i have had for years on my roof recieve digital pictures?
