A pregnant question please read and thank you.?

Ok I am 32 weeks pregnant with a clear watery discharge. It has been happening for 4 days now. I been taking Clindamycin Phosphate l Cream for a infection and one of the many side effects is per term labor. I also take Berthine for contractions every four to six hours as needed. I am already 1cm dilated 50% to 75% effected the baby is already in the heads down position as well. I have been have tail bone and hip pain and get a lot of pelvic pressure sometimes. So should I call my dr or not worry about it.
