How can i get a toned stomach? Line in the middle? HELP!?

any exercise that increases the heart rate is good jogging and walking at an increased pace if you cant manage to jog more than once a week you walk every day just walk a bit faster as long as your heart rate rises slightly your exercising your heart, as for the line in your stomach you can do this anywhere and any time just tense and relax your stomach muscles
