Boyfriend help ANYBODY?

ok so me and my BF for the past three months have been taking our relationship slowly and arent pushing eachother into anything... over the weekend he stayed at my house all weekend and we were experimenting a lil well i need some hlp idk how to return the pleasure tht he gave to me wit out going all the way which neither of us r ready for... some one HELP PLZ!!!!
