Help! I have stretch marks!?
I left a somewhat active job (bank teller) for a desk job promotion. That was about 8 months ago, and since then, I have dealt with a huge amount of personal stress and gained a significant amount of weight (about 20-30 lbs). Now I have stretch marks on my stomach and they show up bad because I have very light skin. It looks like I've had a baby and I've never been pregnant. I've recently started working out 3-4 days a week doing cardio and some weights, changed my diet and have started using Palmer's stretch mark cream on my stomach twice a day. Does anyone have any suggestions to help make the marks less apparent, and any foods that will help?
