How do i ask my congressman for a tour of the capitol building in washington dc?

We just did the Capitol tour on Friday. It was cool and it was only about 30-45 minutes long. We went to our congressman's website to get our tour and we also talked to their office on the phone to verify everything. They will send you the paperwork with the confirmation number and the list of what is allowed and not allowed inside the Capitol. Have fun!
