How t o create a batch file to add a service on Win XP?

I need to add a service that hv the following, description of service:SNMP, name or IP add: the IP add of the system that the service is to be added, ext port num:161, UDP, internal port num:161.i hope to create a batch so i do not need to go through lot of steps to do this. any help?
