Any guy advice?

So I have been talking to this guy for the past two months or so. He says he likes me and what not. I was sapose to go to glamis with him and all his friends but could not make it. His sister was texing me saying how much he misses me and how he wont stop talking about me ect. He ended up calling me later that night and we got in an agrument,but he was talking about his ex and how she got her tounge pierced and how her new boyfriend can get whatever he wants from here and how he should just hit it and quit it. Do you think this is somthing I should persue or forget about,im not into the whole "hit it and quit it" but his sister tells me stuff that makes me feel different..what do you guys think?
