Are some people racist because they are insecure?

racism can only be taught. also, yea.. it could b insecurity, but mostly its bcuz most ppl, wen they come across sumthing exotic or strange, they're automaticaly afraid of whomever or whatever is diff. but its only bcuz they dont understand. as for the guy ur talking about, he was just an as and probably got turned down a lot that night-or day,lol-and obviously dumb as *****!
