Best Network Cable Tester for under 2000$?

I am looking for a cable tester for cat 5/e, 6, and telephone cable i believe cat 3. I am willing to spend up to 2000$ and i am looking for the best product for that kind of money. I have been searching but cant seem to find on that is worth that much any help would be appreciated. This should be able to test continuity distance find out if cables are bad and should have a screen. Thanks
