Does anyone know of any good cribs?

Ive been looking for a converible crib but one that u wont easily confuse the top from the bottom of the side rail( like some simplicity cribs, im staying away from those and Graco) i did find a Da Vinci Kalani crib( no drop side)... The style is something i like and i think its not too tall for me (being only 5 ft) but the wood i heard can get scratched very easily and since its a convertible and it will last long i sorta dont want scratches and dents in it.i really want a safe, stylish, convertible crib that doesnt cost over 350$. My budget is really 300$ considering i have to order it online. i have almost no stores around here.... does anyone know of one?? or should i just go with a regular crib?? i dont know what to get... we have a while b4 the baby comes( like 4 months)but i dont know how long the crib wil take to get here..
