If I live with my gma, I'm 14, and I don't live with my mom but she gets child support can i sue her for it?

The problem is: I lived with my g-ma since I was 16 months old and I've always sort of resented my biological mother because she only cares about herself and money money money. 4 years ago I was 10 and my gpa died and all I had was my g-ma and my mom decided to start using some of my child support on my g-ma's and my utilities. This is about 200-400 dollars a month and we wouldn't be able to make it without that money. However there's still about 200-500 dollars left of my child support every month that I never see. Also I include the money that never came my way before my grandpa died. I want to know if I could sue my mother for this money and get a restraining order against her or something.
