Is astro projection a myth?

Of course Astral Projection is real. I've done it several times. It's creepy when you can see yourself twice. Most people think that imagination means pretending, but it's actually more like a filter. It stops you seeing anything you think you shouldn't be able to see. When you tweak this filter or turn it off, you're using imagination to see things you can't usually. When children see an imaginary friend, they're actually projecting it and seeing it, not just making it up. That's why they seem so real to kids. Usually when I go wandering it's when I can't sleep and I'm bored. I see myself standing on the flat roof outside my window, and once it's bright enough I just wander.
