What is bd's mongolian bbq like?

the guy i like works there on the grill. ive never been there but i rly want to try it & visit him. but im nervous lol. how does it work? can i order stuff where the waitress will bring it? or do i have to go up to a buffet & fill stuff on a plate? im asking because im a complete klutz & i would end up dropping my plate & spilling stuff or something because i'd be so nervous lol
