Why are Stimulus dollars funding a Bridge for MICROSOFT?

That's clearly a private industry project that we should not be funding. We already pay MS enough buying their products-buggy as they may be-Mac can't get ahead with lack of software. Amazing...not surprising. But amazing. When is everyone going to realize that the stimulus was nothing but a payback bill?
