How do you write a farewell letter to a person that is like a sister to you and make them cry?

it is for s girl i will probably never see again. i want to write her a letter but i don't know what to write. she is 17 and the nicest person i have ever meet.and i want to make her cry when she reads the letter and that is hard to do.
